Withdrawals

To withdraw funds, you will need a cryptocurrency wallet address. You can transfer funds to both custodial and non-custodial wallets. For example, this could be a personal wallet that is not tied to any account in any services, or a wallet of another account on the cryptocurrency exchange.

OUR SERVICE DOES NOT CONDUCT OPERATIONS IN THE BLOCKCHAIN AND DOES NOT ESTABLISH COMMISSIONS FOR TRANSFERS

The speed of withdrawal processing depends on the workload of the cryptocurrency exchange and the selected blockchain network. The commission also depends on the selected network.

There are two ways to withdraw funds in your profile – by entering the address manually and through a whitelisted wallet.

WITHDRAWALS ARE NOT POSSIBLE WITHOUT TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION (2FA)

To withdraw funds, you must specify

  • Coin/token.
  • Blockchain network.
  • Wallet address.
  • MEMO, if required.
  • Withdrawal amount.

How to withdraw funds

  1. Go to Transfers → Withdrawals.
  2. Select the currency and network for deposit.
  3. Enter your wallet address or select one added from the whitelisted wallets. o If MEMO or Destination Tag is required, be sure to enter it in the corresponding field.
  4. Enter the required amount. The amount to be deposited to the wallet and the amount of the transfer commission will be displayed.
  5. Be sure to check the data in the pop-up window before confirming the withdrawal, paying special attention to the recipient’s address.
