How to top up your wallet and withdraw funds

You can top up your wallet after creating an account on our service, but to withdraw funds you will have to go through verification and enable two-factor authentication.

How to top up your wallet

  1. Go to Transfers → Top up.
  2. Select the currency and network.
  3. Scan the QR code in the wallet app on your mobile device or copy the address to the clipboard to use it as the recipient's address in a third-party service or app.

How to withdraw funds

  1. Go to Transfers → Withdrawals.
  2. Select the currency and network.
  3. Enter your wallet address and the required amount.

You will see the amount that will be credited to the wallet and the fee amount. After that, you will need to confirm the transfer using two one-time passwords. If you selected a whitelisted wallet, then confirmation will not be required.

How to transfer funds to futures

  1. Go to the Trade page.
  2. In the Internal transfers block, select the direction: From spot → To futures.
  3. Select a currency and enter the required amount.

This transfer does not require confirmation.

I don't have access to any internal transfers

You are most likely using Bybit UTA, also known as a unified trading account. Trading with this account type does not require transferring funds between spot and futures, you can trade both types of symbols.

Is there a minimum deposit?

No, you can top up your wallet starting from any amount. However, when transferring funds, you should take into account the blockchain network fees.

Restrictions on deposits may be imposed by the crypto exchange. The current conditions are indicated on the Top up page of your personal account.

Is there a limit on the minimum withdrawal amount?

The minimum withdrawal amount is set by the crypto exchange and changes periodically. The current conditions are indicated on the Withdrawal page of your personal account.

What crypto exchanges are available and are there any plans to add more?

At the moment, we provide access to:

  • Binance Link
  • Bybit

We are considering the possibility of connecting to other popular crypto exchanges.

Margin mode and supported symbols

By default, Bybit and Binance Link have cross margin mode enabled. You can switch to isolated margin mode in your account on the "Leverages" page if the exchange allows this mode for the selected account type.

Available symbols

  • Derivatives trading:
    • Binance Link – futures contracts to USDT, USDC margined
    • Bybit – linear contracts to USDT, USDC margined
  • Spot trading:
    • non-leveraged for both Binance Link and Bybit.

We plan to add support for other symbols later.

Bybit Account – Classic or UTA

You can create a Bybit unified trading account (UTA). Please note that the UTA account uses the cross margin mode by default. You can change your margin settings on the Leverage page.

Previously, Bybit Classic was also available, but the exchange has disabled this option.

2FA one-time password does not work

  • Synchronize the time between your devices. Set the automatic time detection mode on your smartphone. If you use Google Authenticator for Android, use the Time Sync function.
  • Make sure that you are entering the code on Vataga Crypto.
  • The code may have expired. Enter a new code.
  • If the code still does not work, contact our technical support via your personal account or at support@vataga.trading

I've lost my 2FA device

If you have saved the two-factor authentication recovery code, follow the instructions for your device to restore access.

I've lost access to my email

If you've lost access to the email address you use to log into your account, please contact our technical support at support@vataga.trading

I haven't received a registration confirmation email or confirmation code

  • It may take some time to receive the email. Check your inbox in 15 minutes.
  • Check your spam, promotions, and other folders.
  • Make sure you're checking the email you use to log in to your account.
  • If you've tried all of the above and still haven't received the email, please contact support@vataga.trading

Where can I check the trade history

The trade history could be checked via "My deals" section for both exchanges. Sections are separated for spot and futures trades.

You can see the daily trading statistics in the "Dashboard" section.

Third-party trading diary shows different numbers

Different services may use different principles to display trades, still based on data obtained from the exchange. For example, different principles for displaying different sides of trades. There may also be inaccuracies in the data of the parties to the services.

Contact the technical support of the third-party service you use. If technically possible, we can help you by providing the history of your transactions for validation (there are restrictions, contact our technical support).

How to close a position in hedging mode?

At the moment, the service does not support closing positions in hedging mode. You also cannot close positions using most of desktop terminals.

To close such positions, use the application through which the position was opened. Please do not use programs that have a hedging function and do not have a position closing function. We plan to add support for hedging mode in the future.

I have a negative balance in multi-asset mode or UTA

When trading in the multi-asset mode or via UTA, the balance for one of the assets may become negative. You will not be able to disable the multi-asset mode or change margin mode if you have a negative account balance.

If there was no liquidation of the position, you can transfer funds from the spot account to fix it.

If a liquidation occurs, the crypto exchange subjects the account to auto-clearing. Do not try to top up the account at this time, this action may prevent auto-clearing from being performed.

If the balance remains negative for several hours, contact technical support.

Funds were transferred to the wrong address

We cannot return funds that are sent to the wrong wallet address, since payment processing occurs on the crypto exchange side.

How to exchange one cryptocurrency for another in your personal account

Currently, there is no such function in your personal account. Use Vataga.terminal to buy and sell coins on the spot market.

My account has been blocked due to suspicious activity

The service carries out KYC/AML procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations.

What is the Bybit trading fee rate?

At the moment, the basic bonuses are as follows:

  • 35% Futures and Spot (fixed rate).

Your percentage may be different if you won a tournament or registered using a referral link with different settings.

Check the current rate on the History → Bonuses page. You can also find the rate of the referral link that is set on your account in the "Profile" section.

The next trading day after the trades were made, the bonuses will be in your personal account.

  • Trading day: from 00:00 to 23:59.
  • Futures: after 00:30.
  • Spot: after 03:00.

You can choose the account for crediting of bonuses, futures + spot or spot only. To do this, set the toggle switch in the "Profile" or in the section History → Bonuses.

Where can I find the bonuses log?

Go to History → Bonuses section. There you can see the log of the saved fees.

Is there a bonuses on Bybit?

The fee discount is set: up to 36% for futures and up to 80% for spot.

Go to History → Bonuses to view the log of the saved fees.

Bonuses not received

  1. Make sure you check your bonuses for the previous trading day after 03:00 UTC+0.
  2. Make sure that your trades were made before 23:59 UTC+0. Otherwise, they fall on the next trading day, and the bonuses will come on the following day.
  3. If the bonuses did not appear due to a technical problem, our developers are most likely already aware of the problem and are fixing it.

Bonuses that were not received due to technical failures on our part are usually restored within 24 hours.

Paying the fee in BNB

Paying the trading fee in BNB allows you to get a discount (which is currently set by the cryptocurrency exchange), but the amount of the bonuses will be calculated from the commission and will be smaller.

For futures trading and spot trading, fees in BNB are turned on separately.

To pay the fee in BNB:

  1. Make sure that you have enough BNB on your account.
  2. For spot trading, go to Profile → Trading to enable the setting.

Where can I find the referral code?

Go to the Profile section of your personal account, in the upper right corner you will see the Referral code box and the referral link.

If there is a dash instead of a link, this means that the referral link is not assigned to your account.

When registering, you will also see a referral link under the login and password field.

Is it possible to set or change a referral code?

Yes, you can change the referral code to another one or set a referral code after registering with the service.

  1. Open the Profile section.
  2. Click Enter referral code or, if the code has already been set, on the pencil icon.
  3. Specify the required referral code or link in the form and confirm the action.

If this code already exists on the platform, it will be set for you.

The referral code can be changed no more than once a day.

To join the referral program as a partner, you must meet the following conditions:

  1. You must have an account for at least one of the crypto exchanges in your Vataga Crypto profile.
  2. The account must be verified, there must be no KYC/KYT suspensions.
