PIN code
PIN code is a numeric code that you create in your personal account. It is used for additional confirmation of withdrawals. This is an option that can help prevent unauthorized withdrawal.
How to set a PIN
Following combinations cannot be used:
- Ascending or descending sequences of numbers. Examples: 123456, 876543
- The same number more than twice. Examples: 111111, 454454
- Go to Profile → Security.
- Create a 6-digit PIN code. Remember it. It will not be displayed in your personal account.
- Confirm your PIN code.
- Click the confirmation button.
The PIN code has been created. The code now will be required to confirm any withdrawal of funds.
After setting the PIN, withdrawals will be suspended for 24 hours for security purposes.
If you enter the wrong pin code several times, withdrawals will also be suspended for 24 hours.
