Spot Wallet Balance

The balance section displays balances for all available currencies in the SPOT section, depending on the selected exchange.

List setup​

You can hide currencies with zero balances using the Zero Balances switch:

  • Switch off: only currencies with balance > 0 are displayed.
  • Switch on: shows all assets available in the spot wallet.

Search for the currencies you need using the filter at the top of the page. In general, when listing coins, they appear in your personal account almost immediately, but some delays are possible. This does not affect the ability to trade using such assets; also, all assets you acquired will appear in your wallet balance in full as soon as the coin is deposited to your account.

If you do not see any coins or tokens, contact our technical support.

Deposits and withdrawals in the selected currency​

To top up your balance in the selected currency:

  1. Select a currency and click on the 3 dots to the right of it
  2. Click Top up
  3. The Transfers → Deposit page with the selected currency will open

Withdraw funds in the selected currency:

  1. Select a currency and click on the 3 dots to the right of it
  2. Click Withdraw
  3. The Transfers → Withdrawal page with the selected currency will open

Hide balances​

If you're in a public place, streaming or recording a tutorial, and don't want to show your balances to viewers, you can hide them.

  • In the Total Balance widget, click on the eye icon.
  • Profile → Settings → Balance settings → Hide account balance switch

Switch conversion currency​

You can switch the currency in which the total balance is shown (USD → BTC). To switch, you need to click on the currency in the Total Balance widget. The conversion currency will change in the widget and the Conversion column in the table.
