Convert dust to BNB

When trading, you may end up with small balances of coins that cannot be sold or withdrawn due to exchange restrictions. Such residues are also called “dust”. The function of converting dust into BNB cryptocurrency will help you utilize these balances. BNB can be withdrawn, sold, or used to pay trading fees.

The function is available on the Balances page: https://app.vataga.trading/balances/spot/

On the right side of the page there is a Dust widget, which displays the total balance of coins that can be converted. The balance is calculated at the current average conversion rate, which is updated every 5 minutes. To request the current conversion rate, click on the arrow icon.

The widget shows the total balance of coins available for conversion to BNB and USD, then conversion is available.

How to convert assets into BNB​

THE EXCHANGE CHARGES A COMMISSION FOR CONVERSION INTO BNB

When converting extremely small amounts of assets, errors in the calculation of commissions on the exchange side are possible. In this case, the commission is displayed as zero, but is actually charged.

  1. Open the Balance page.
  2. Click Convert to BNB.
  3. Check the list of coins available for conversion. Select the ones you need using the checkboxes.
  4. Check your balance and click Convert to BNB.

After this, the conversion request will be sent to the exchange. It may take some time for your request to be processed. You can check the result on the History → Dust page: https://app.vataga.trading/history/bnb_conversions/

Once the conversion is complete, the request status will be changed to Completed and the corresponding BNB amount will be deposited to your spot account.

CONVERSION RULES ARE SET BY THE EXCHANGE AND MAY BE CHANGED

FROM TIME TO TIME

You can convert:

  • Assets worth no more than 0.0012 BTC.
  • Any number of assets at a time.
  • No more than once every 6 hours.

You cannot convert:

  • Assets worth less than 0.00000001 BNB.
  • Tokens that were not listed or were deleted.
  • If at the time of the request there are price fluctuations of 5% or more, the exchange will suspend the conversion. Please try again later.

The calculation of the amount is approximate. Assets are converted into BNB at the current market price when the request is processed by the exchange.
