Transfer History

The History section contains a log of your non-trading transactions, withdrawal requests, and BNB conversions.

Transactions

This section contains deposits, withdrawals and transfers between accounts. This section contains only completed operations.

How to find a transaction:

1. Go to History → Transactions.
2. Set up a filter by period, section (SPOT, FUTURES), currency and transaction type.

The Total for the period section reflects account movements in the selected currency or in USD if no or several currencies are selected.

Withdrawal requests

How to check the status of a withdrawal request:

1. Go to History → Withdrawal requests.
2. Set up a filter by period and currency.
3. Find the desired withdrawal request.
4. Check its status.

Meaning of the withdrawal request statuses:

• New. The request has been created and has not yet been processed.
• On moderation. The request has been created and is being processed.
• Execution in progress. The request is being processed by the application.
• Completed. The request has been completed and the funds have been transferred.
• Declined. Request declined. To learn more, hover over (i). Contact technical support if you need assistance.
• Error. An error occurred while processing the request. To learn more, hover over (i). Contact technical support if the error persists.

Dust

The page displays the history of Dust to BNB conversions.

• Date and time of the operation.
• BNB amount.
• Conversion fee.
• Operation status.

Commission discounts

This page displays the history of commission discounts separately for each exchange.
