Deposit
To top up your account, you will need your own crypto wallet with funds in digital assets.
You can transfer funds from both non-custodial and custodial wallets. For example, this could be a personal wallet that is not tied to any account in any services, or a wallet of another account on the cryptocurrency exchange.
How to top up your account
- Go to the Transfers → Deposit page.
- Select the currency and network 1 for deposit.
- Scan the QR code in the wallet app on your mobile device or copy the address to the clipboard to use it as the recipient's address in a third-party service or application. If a MEMO or Destination Tag is required, be sure to include it.
We recommend checking the address every time you make a deposit, otherwise you can send funds to a wallet that the exchange has stopped servicing and lose your assets.
Where and how quickly are funds deposited?
All user funds are stored in subaccounts – separate accounts on the cryptocurrency exchange. Funds are deposited to the subaccount's spot account.
Please note: our service is only used to display the wallet address and deposit information that comes from the cryptocurrency exchange.
The process of depositing funds to the wallet lies entirely on the side of the cryptocurrency exchange. Our service is not involved in processing transactions on the blockchain and does not use its own intermediate crypto wallets.
The speed of depositing depends on the processing speed on the side of the source of funds, the current load on the blockchain network and on the cryptocurrency exchange that services the wallet.
You will see the result in the History → Transactions section, as well as by the changes in the balance of the asset which you used to top up the account.
