Current IP address has no associated API keys​

  • 40018 Invalid IP
DESCRIPTION

This error appears in the case, the current IP address does not match the IP address set in the settings for these API keys. Change the IP address to the valid one or disable the IP address restrictions in the API keys settings.


Hedging mode is enabled​

  • 40774 The order type for unilateral position must also be the unilateral position type
DESCRIPTION

Hedging mode is enabled. You need to switch the position mode to «One‑Sided Mode» in your personal account on the exchange’s website.


This order no longer exists​

  • 2013 Order does not exist
DESCRIPTION

Request submission rejected because a request with this number does not exist (requests are cancelled by number).


The leverage you are setting is lower than the leverage in your current position​

  • 40893 Unable to update the leverage factor of this position, there is not enough margin
DESCRIPTION

This error occurs if you attempt to change the leverage to a value lower than the one currently used in an open position.


Trading of the instrument is not available before listing​

  • 43115 The current trading pair is opening soon, please refer to the official announcement for the opening time
DESCRIPTION

This error appears when placing an order in the order book before the listing. Trading will become available after the instrument is listed on the exchange.
